You will guide the team, analyze sales, set plans, and drive profitability in line with regional and global strategies.

You will recruit, onboard, upskill and develop talent, maintain store operations, and collaborate with the Area team and store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the omni customer experience in-store with visual and commercial standards.
• Lead and develop the store team; promote collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Analyze sales; set plans to optimize results and profits.
• Ensure customer service and guide customers through fashion stories.
• Promote Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee opening/closing, stock levels, and price signage per guidelines.
