• Confident in team coaching & development. You must be ambitious, an effective communicator, an analytical solution finder, capable of working with numbers & managing statistics.
• Relevant experience working in a leadership position that you can apply to your role
• Retail management and retail operations experience
• Experience collaborating closely with a team

Responsibilities

• Ensure omni customer experience in your store with visual and commercial curation aligned to guidelines.
• Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Establish, analyze and follow up on sales and budget goals; create plans to optimize results.
• Provide personal customer service in all store areas; guide customers through fashion stories and actively sell products.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Schedule to budgeted hours aligned with sales and activities.
• Ensure routines in fitting rooms and checkout are followed and transactions managed correctly.
• Identify commercial opportunities and stay aware of competitors; maintain price perception.
• Maintain store maintenance, stock levels, and BOH inputs; ensure procedures and routines are followed.
