Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a single Panda Express store and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve goals and maintain Panda standards.

You will begin in a leadership role with a structured training path, including 12+ weeks of leadership training and GM certification (GO100) leading toward potential promotion to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• This role is designed to prepare you for future General Manager opportunities through Panda's leadership development path.
• Leads the 12+ week store leadership training program and progresses through GM certification (GO100) as part of career advancement.
