Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will own the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers within our General Manager development path. The 12+ weeks of leadership training, evaluations and GM certification prepare you for future promotion while embedding Panda's culture and leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Own the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop store team to execute Panda standards and customer service.
• Participate in leadership development program and progress toward General Manager.
• Support training and culture-building initiatives.
