Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and outstanding guest experiences.

External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. You will participate in a 12+ week leadership training program and, after successful graduation of the GM certification course GO100,

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety knowledge; Serve Safe certified is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Drive performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences and store results.
• Participate in Panda's leadership training program and GM development path toward future promotion.
• Complete the 12+ week store leadership training and GM certification GO100 as part of progression.
