Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will lead the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing of associates, and driving financial and guest experience success.

External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path, with a 12+ week training program. After graduation of a GM certification course, promotion to GM is possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Availability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial and guest-experience goals.
• Lead store training and development to prepare for leadership progression.
