Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager, you oversee the operation of a single store, hire and develop associates, manage performance, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

New hires enter the Panda leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, evaluations, and a GM certification (GO100), with opportunities

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as Store Managers as part of the General Manager development path.
12 or more weeks of store leadership training; after evaluations and GM certification (GO100), eligible for promotion to GM.
