Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to hit financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes a formal leadership training program and a path toward General Manager certification (GM). You will participate in evaluations and graduate with a GM certification to enable future promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in fast-paced dining or retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial and service goals.
• Ensure consistent guest experiences and food safety standards.
• Lead store initiatives and participate in the General Manager development path.
