You will mentor a team, recruit and train staff, manage inventories and expenses, and collaborate with the District Sales Manager to execute marketing plans while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience.
• Retail experience in footwear/apparel preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Experience managing a sales team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinker with business acumen.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Directs and oversees entire sales efforts in the store.
• Mentor and cultivate a team of Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training.
• Carry out personnel recruiting, hiring, training, discipline, and evaluation.
• Maintain proper security for the store.
• Communicates with District Sales Manager and keeps them informed of inventory movement.
• Provide extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise in-store.
