Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Serve in the Store Manager’s absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Participate in recruiting, training and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to complete departmental responsibilities and standards.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual and promote products and services.
• Maintain internal controls and report potential fraud risk to management.
