Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Cover store management duties in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and responsibilities.
• Keep the Store Manager informed of inventory movement and trends.
• Ensure high-quality customer service as outlined in manuals.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold company policies and procedures as described in manuals and memos.
• Protect assets and financial information by maintaining internal controls.
