Job summary

Hibbett I City Gear Sequin store is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will help with sales, restocking, merchandising, and scheduling while ensuring excellent customer service and merchandise promotion.

The role requires leadership in the Store Manager's absence and involvement in staff recruiting, training, and performance evaluation. You will help manage inventory, trends, and store profitability through strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear/athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities
