The StorQuest Self Storage team, part of William Warren Group, is hiring a Store Manager in Colorado. You will oversee daily operations at one or more sites, drive rentals, handle cash, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service/Sales.
• Experience in Cash Handling is required.
• Must be available on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes conversion of telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Promotes the William Warren Properties in the community.
• Maintains accurate records for each customer and processes contracts.
• Manages cash, postings, and daily bank deposits.
• Ensures cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
• Directs staff and maintenance for smooth daily operations.
• Assists customers with truck rentals when needed.
