StorQuest/William Warren Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our self-storage team. This role supports Store Managers, may be full- or part-time, and may operate across multiple sites to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include managing rentals, payments, and merchandise, plus maintaining facility standards and assisting customers through challenging times with a positive, team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Tech Savvy is a plus.
• Experience in Cash Handling required.
• Must be available on weekends.
• A huge passion for guest service and sales.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Maintain daily site operations and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Manage the rental process: convert sales, take payments, sell merchandise, offer insurance.
• Assist customers with truck rentals at some locations.
• Participate in collecting past-due accounts and revenue management.
• Inspect stores daily and balance receipts; coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
• Process bank deposits and related cash handling tasks.
