Job summary

StorQuest Self Storage is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at single or multiple sites. You will drive sales by converting inquiries into rentals, promote the brand in the community, and supervise staff to ensure superior guest experiences.

You’ll manage cash, deposits, and reports while maintaining standards of cleanliness and customer service. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or sales, are tech-savvy, and enjoy teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service/Sales preferred
• Experience handling cash is required
• Ability to work weekends
• Passion for guest service and sales
• Positive, outgoing personality and teamwork spirit

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and increase revenue by converting inquiries to rentals
• Promote StorQuest properties in the community
• Manage cash, balance receipts, and daily deposits
• Lead and direct store team including consultants and maintenance staff
• Maintain records, contracts, insurance, and address changes
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
• Assist customers with truck rentals at locations
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
