You will manage rental processes, payments, insurance offerings, and basic maintenance while balancing cash and ensuring a clean, secure facility. Growth opportunities are highlighted across WWG properties.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Experience in Cash Handling required.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Tech Savvy is a plus.
• The ability to be a part of a team to help support and motivate as needed to ensure a collaborative and positive work environment.
• The mentality that there are no spare customers, every experience is as valuable as the next.
• A positive, outgoing personality.
• An insatiable appetite to learn new things.
• Strong accountability combined with strong work ethic and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Experience working in the retail or service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the rental process including: Converting a sale, Taking payments, Selling merchandise, Offering insurance.
• Assists customers with truck rentals at some locations.
• Participating in collecting past-due accounts.
• Maintaining an impeccable facility and daily store inspections.
• Accurately handling cash, balancing receipts, posting payments and processing bank deposits timely.
• Going to the post office.
