StorQuest Self Storage, part of the William Warren Group, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily site operations when the Store Manager is absent. The role may be full or part-time and may be assigned to multiple sites to provide coverage.

Responsibilities include revenue and delinquency management, occupancy, cleanliness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The position involves handling payments, selling merchandise, and coordinating with maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or sales roles.
• Experience handling cash/register transactions.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Strong teamwork and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times with solutions.
• Manage rental process: converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance.
• Assist Store Manager and cover duties at multiple sites as needed.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, perform basic maintenance, balance receipts, and process deposits.
