StorQuest Self Storage, part of the William Warren Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager. This role may be full or part-time and may serve multiple sites to support store operations in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

You will manage revenue, delinquency, occupancy, and cash handling while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining clean, well-kept facilities. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales.
• Tech savvy a plus.
• Experience handling cash.
• Weekend availability required.
• Passion for guest service and sales.

• Retail or service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and deliver exceptional service.
• Support Store Manager and cover duties at multiple sites.
• Oversee daily operations including revenue, delinquency, and occupancy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle payments, deposits, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with truck rentals where applicable.
