Job summary

POP MART is seeking a seasoned Retail Store Manager in Livermore, CA to lead store operations, sales, and guest experience. You will drive high-performing teams, ensure premium service, and manage inventory, merchandising, and daily operations to reflect POP MART’s premium brand.

As a store leader, you will shape customer interactions, execute launches, and monitor KPIs to surpass goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to the District/Area Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in a high-volume store.
• Proven track record in sales performance and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and retain a high-performing store team.
• Foster a positive, customer-first culture aligned with POP MART values.
• Conduct coaching and performance reviews to develop future leaders.
• Own store financials including sales, payroll, expenses and profitability.
• Drive KPIs: sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy.
• Lead product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Deliver an engaging customer experience and brand ambassador role.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory, and stockroom.
• Maintain premium visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support in-store events and local community initiatives.
• Travel up to 10% for openings and trainings.
