Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Store Manager in Riverside, CA to lead all aspects of store operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver a premium customer experience. You will own sales performance, inventory control, and visual merchandising while upholding POP MART's brand standards and values.

You will recruit, coach, and retain leaders, drive store KPIs such as sales, conversion, UPT, ATV and payroll productivity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and how to drive performance
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and premium service.
• Drive sales performance, manage payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Oversee scheduling, cash handling, inventory control, and store compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising and marketing campaigns; support store openings and events.
• Build brand presence in the local community and partnerships with cross-functional teams.
