Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s store with enthusiasm and pride, focusing on team leadership, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food prep. This role offers a customizable career path within a Fortune 400 company and eligibility for quarterly and annual bonuses.

Starting pay range of $51,300 - $61,400, with potential for growth beyond the listed range based on performance, KSAs, and local considerations.

Responsabilités

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way and coach them to succeed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; ensure scheduling is up to date and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, orders, and asset protection processes.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
