This role oversees all aspects of store operation, including staffing, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation, with a clear path for career growth. You will drive sales, maintain high standards of service, manage labor and inventory, and collaborate with leadership to implement store action plans.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work variable hours including evenings and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to drive sales and service standards.
• Ensure store is stocked, clean, and guest-focused.

• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily leadership.
• Manage labor budgets and create schedules for regular and peak periods.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Maintain daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and orders.
• Collaborate with District Manager on Store Action Plans.
