Job summary

POP MART Americas is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, team development and operations excellence across U.S. locations. You will drive sales, customer experience, and people leadership while aligning with POP MART’s brand standards and global retail strategy.

The role reports to the District/Area Manager and collaborates with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, HR, and international teams. A strong interest in designer toys and trend culture is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail leadership experience (Store Manager or equivalent).
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Own total store performance including sales targets and profitability.
• Monitor trends and customer demand to drive commercial decisions.
• Lead product launches, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
• Coach supervisors and staff to achieve goals.
• Oversee talent planning, interviewing, and onboarding.
