POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Brea, CA to lead all aspects of store operations, customer experience, and team development. You will own financial performance, inventory, and daily execution while delivering POP MART’s premium brand and collectible experience.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership, and a passion for designer toys and culture. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow as the North America business scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven track record in sales performance, operations, and coaching leaders.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees and coaching future leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive results.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and financial performance, including sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop and coach a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Drive customer experience through knowledgeable service and engaging interactions.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory, shipments, and stockroom organization.
• Execute visual merchandising and marketing campaigns to reflect POP MART’s premium brand.
• Support in-store events, pop-ups, and community engagement as needed.
