Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager role.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision to prioritize a customer-centered culture and drive store results.
• Hire, develop, and coach a retail team to deliver a customer-focused experience.
• Own store financial performance, payroll, schedules, and sales goals.
