• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• 2+ years in a Store Manager role.

• Ability to analyze store reporting and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision and strategy to drive a customer-centered culture, operations, and business results.
• Hire, develop and coach a retail team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership of the store’s financial performance; manage payroll and scheduling; achieve sales goals.
• Lead the team by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering performance.
• Use store reporting to create action plans and improve metrics; run the business effectively.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment aligned with brand standards.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
