KnitWell Group seeks an Assistant Manager in Strongsville, OH to support customer experience and shape store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and help deliver seamless omnichannel shopping experiences while partnering with the Store Manager on hiring and development efforts.

You bring 1+ year of retail management experience, a hospitality mindset, and strong business sense to drive results and guest satisfaction in a regular/full-time role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
