Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Canton, OH to model exceptional customer experiences and guide store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager, ensuring smooth store operations and readiness to step in as acting manager when required.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, maintaining brand standards, and leveraging tools to support omnichannel shopping. Flexible scheduling and a strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient with POS systems.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Partner with the Store Manager to function as a role model and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards and drive a customer-focused environment.
• Use available tools to support omnichannel shopping and profitable store performance.
