Job summary

HOKA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team and elevate the customer experience across our Texas location. You will attract, develop, and motivate staff while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional service.

You will also drive store performance by managing inventory, cash, labor, and visual merchandising, and by fostering community engagement through local events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and size.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive sales and customer service excellence.
• Communicate the HOKA Brand Vision and Mission to staff and customers.
• Drive store KPIs, manage budget, and monitor expenses.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and labor planning for optimal store ops.
• Execute visual merchandising directions to reflect brand image and guidance.
• Drive community engagement through events and local outreach.
