Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks aStore Manager for its HOKA brand to attract, develop, and motivate a passionate team, communicating the brand values and delivering elevated shopping experiences. You will drive KPIs, manage inventory and labor, and execute merchandising directions to sustain revenue growth.

You will partner with local teams to foster community engagement, host events, and ensure outstanding customer service. A track record in retail leadership and cost control is required.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and size.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services in order to address business goals and needs.
• Fantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, within and beyond the four walls of the store.
• Experience coordinating and hosting regular in-store and local events.

Responsibilities

• As a people leader, recruit, train, and coach your team to meet short and long-term business needs.
• Lead your team to drive Brand awareness and provide excellent customer service.
• Drive store sales and KPIs while managing inventory, cash, and labor.
• Execute visual merchandising directions and promote the Brand image.
• Develop store strategies to increase traffic and profitability.
• Cultivate community through events and local outreach.
