Job summary

HOKA stores seek a Store Manager who will attract, develop, and motivate a passionate team while embodying the HOKA Brand values. You will lead efforts to deliver exceptional customer service, exceed sales targets, manage inventory and store operations, and organize local events to strengthen community ties.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to the needs of our customers and business.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA Brand Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and size.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals.

Responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and motivate a passionate team and share brand values with your staff.
• Lead store to drive Brand awareness and education while providing excellent service.
• Drive operational excellence in inventory, cash, and labor; execute visual merchandising directions.
• Drive sales and KPIs, and develop store strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Cultivate community through events, local outreach, and engagement with the market beyond the store.
