HOKA is seeking a Sales Lead to serve as the Manager on Duty, drive sales and customer experience, and lead a team during shifts in our San Jose store. You will open and close the store, maintain brand standards, and promote HOKA products with energetic, customer‑focused service.

The role requires 2 years of retail experience (preferred), a High School Diploma or GED, and excellent communication. You will inspire the team, manage daily operations, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Brand Vision, Mission, and Values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty during shifts, driving key hourly targets and customer satisfaction.
