Job summary

HOKA Store is seeking a Store Manager in Florida to lead a dynamic team, set high standards for customer service, and execute brand-driven store strategies. You will drive sales, manage inventory and budgets, and partner with local communities to elevate the HOKA brand.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff to deliver elevated shopping experiences, ensure visual merchandising standards, and adapt to business needs with agility and passion for breakthroughs in customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA Brand Vision and Mission to the team and customers.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and size.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet goals.
• Fantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, within and beyond the store.
• Experience coordinating and hosting regular in-store and local events.

• Meet and exceed budgeted sales and KPIs while monitoring expenses.

• Oversee inventory, cash handling, labor, and visual merchandising execution.
• Recruit, onboard, and train team members to maintain high performance.
