Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way.
• Coach to Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; maintain schedules.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventory, and Direct Store Deliveries; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans targeting KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure team members complete required trainings.
