Casey’s store is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional guest service in a community-focused setting. You will manage staffing, training, and coaching under Casey's CARES values while driving sales, quality, and operations across the store.

The role involves budgeting, scheduling, inventory oversight, and partnership with district leadership to execute action plans. A strong leadership presence is essential for varied hours and events.

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way.
• Model and coach to Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and high-traffic times; ensure scheduling is up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability; manage inventories.
• Develop Store Action Plans with the District Manager to address KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
