Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED).
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisor/management experience in a retail environment (thrift experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid Driver's license, pass a MVR check, proof of insurance and access to a motor vehicle.
• Must pass background check (Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry).
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Meet store sales and income budget expectations while managing expenses to maximize profitability.
• Direct day-to-day operations of the store location, including opening/closing, POS operations, inventory and donations management.
• Hire, train and coach the store team; conduct employee evaluations and performance feedback with HR support.
• Schedule employees to ensure coverage and conduct daily team meetings; monitor time and attendance.
