Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet store sales and income budgets while controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
• Plan and direct day-to-day store operations including opening/closing and inventory control.
• Hire, train, and coach staff; conduct evaluations and performance feedback.
• Schedule employees and manage payroll records and attendance.
• Ensure customer and donor satisfaction and maintain community relations.
• Supervise ARC beneficiaries when Work Therapy Assignments are in place.
• Maintain store security, cash handling, and safety compliance.
