The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and budgeting skills, with a track record in retail management and daily operations including cash handling and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in retail management preferred.
• Experience leading store teams, hiring, coaching, and training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI.
• Ability to manage budgets, payroll, and expenses.
• Strong written and verbal English communications.
• Reliable transportation and clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve production and revenue goals.
• Direct receiving, sorting, pricing, merchandising and selling donated goods.
• Schedule staff and ensure coverage to process donations daily.
• Balance cash registers and review P&L; perform end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free store environment and positive public image.
• Conduct daily store walkthroughs and team huddles.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and report incidents when needed.
