The position requires coaching, training, and leading store teams, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting budget

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in retail sales preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass MVR check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI and related programs.
• Read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store leads and associates to drive revenue from donated goods.
• Coordinate daily workflow for rotating and selling donated clothing, furniture, and household items.
• Open/close the store, balance cash registers, and manage cash handling.
• Maintain safety, store cleanliness, and customer service excellence.
• Lead daily store meetings and huddles, coach and develop staff.
• Support staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing, and floor presentation.
• Monitor floor checks and ensure items are on the floor.
• Assist in budgeting to achieve goals and control expenses.
