Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Leadership, team building and mentoring experience encouraged.
• Retail or sales leadership background preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office; Power BI and other programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sales floor leads and associates to drive revenue from donated goods.
• Coach, train, and develop store staff; schedule adequate coverage.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and store is clean and customer friendly.
• Handle cash operations, end-of-day procedures, and deposits.
• Open/close store and manage pricing, receiving, and display of merchandise.
• Support store manager in budgeting and achieving revenue goals.
