Regency Management Services is seeking a Store Manager for the Ashley Furniture location in Catonsville, Maryland. Lead a high-performing sales team, drive store sales growth, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, merchandising, and daily operations to build a long-term leadership path.

You will partner with leadership to meet objectives, promote promotions and financing programs, and foster a positive, competitive store culture.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail store management with proven sales leadership.
• Ability to coach staff, manage scheduling, and maintain standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and store goals.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, showroom standards, merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Support promotions, financing programs, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement.
• Address customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Partner with Division and corporate leadership to achieve business objectives.
• Create a positive, energetic, competitive, and accountable store culture.
