Ashley Furniture – Regency Management Services in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead our Ashley Furniture location. You will build and develop a high-performing sales team, drive store sales and profitability, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing staffing and store operations, supporting promotions and financing programs, analyzing sales metrics, and maintaining showroom standards.
