Regency Management Services LLC is seeking a hands-on Store Manager for our Ashley Furniture location in Gaithersburg, MD. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and manage daily store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in store management or retail leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and coaching teams.
• Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team.
• Set expectations, accountability, and recognize performance.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to hit store goals.
• Coach on customer engagement, product knowledge, selling, and closing.
• Review metrics to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and operations.
