Job summary

Regency Management Services LLC is seeking a hands-on Store Manager for our Ashley Furniture location in Gaithersburg, MD. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and manage daily store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance tracking, and collaboration with leadership to achieve business goals. A results-oriented mindset and flexibility for evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in store management or retail leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and coaching teams.

Responsibilities
