Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Managers In Training for a Fastrac Markets location. You will learn to manage day‑to‑day store operations, guest service, and team development while supporting the Store Manager.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in scheduling, coaching, inventory control, merchandising, and food safety in a fast-paced convenience store environment with 24‑hour operation potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred: 1 year in leadership role in retail, guest service or restaurant.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and deliver excellent service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep stock full for 100% in-stock status.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food.
• Maintain clean store appearance and ensure coffee and food areas are tidy.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and handle transactions.
