The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by a district leader, HRBP, training store manager, and a store manager coach.

Ideal candidates will communicate effectively, provide excellent customer care, implement merchandising strategies, and manage inventory to ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leadership during Key Learning Experiences to support path to promotion.
• Support store as management team member and lead per CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues to support the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
