CVS Pharmacy, Inc. is offering the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training combining virtual and hands-on learning.

As a SMIT, you will lead and support your team, participate in merchandising, customer care, inventory management, and be positioned for promotion to store manager based on performance and openings in your market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively to support and lead the team.
• Provide high-level customer care to customers.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Engage with leadership in learning experiences for promotion.
• Support store as part of the management team per CVS policies.
