CVS Pharmacy is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you for a future CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced program blends virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from district leaders and store leadership.

You will gain exposure to customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while aligning with CVS values and policies. A promotion to Store Manager depends on your performance and market needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
