Job summary

CVS Health in Maryland offers a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The self-paced, collaborative training runs over 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on learning to develop leadership capabilities.

You will be supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you grow into a store leadership position with opportunities to move within the market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience considered.
• Retail management experience or experience as CVS Supervisor is valued.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in structured learning experiences to progress toward promotion.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead in CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
