O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Manager in Training in Pennsylvania to assist the store in sales, appearance and operations. The program aims to prepare you for a management position at another store or future location.

The role requires supervising teams, coordinating with district and store managers, and training staff. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired; full benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Train new team members assigned to him or her.
• Handle team member performance evaluations and recommend pay increases.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks and interviews.
• Monitor safety and ensure staff training across areas.
